Returns and Exchanges

We encourage you to try on all items before washing to ensure the fit is just right. We’re unable to accept returns for items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or had their tags removed. All returned items are inspected before processing.

To be eligible for return, items must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order and must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Items cannot be returned outside of the 15-day window — no exceptions.

Returns for a refund are subject to an $8 handling fee, which includes the return label and handling/repackaging costs.

  • Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Can be returned or exchanged at any time.

If an exchange isn’t possible due to inventory changes, we’ll refund your original payment method. 

To start your return:

  1. Email us at lillaapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval before sending your items back. Returns without prior approval may not guarantee a full refund.
  3. Once approved, include your packing slip and mail the items back.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We can’t guarantee that your desired size or style will still be available. Follow the return process, and we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred items.

For Returns:You cover return shipping costs.

For Defects: We’ll handle the shipping.
